Hello there! This is my second post here on Tumblr and it is of my coloured-pencil project from my twelfth-grade art class. The theme was to create an art piece showcasing a reflection (whether it be literal or figurative). I took the literal approach and found a photograph on the internet of a hummingbird whose reflection is being displayed through a rippling on a water's surface. I am unsure as to who the photo belongs to, but all credit for the photograph goes to them; I only created a coloured-pencil drawing referencing the photograph. This is actually the first project I worked on in my twelfth-grade art class, but I am very proud with how it all turned out in the end. made some art.. im really happy with it i did the majority of it and did the filling in of the buttercup on the left and four did the filling in on the dahlia ,) on the right, we did shading for eachothers flowers <3 no clue how she got it to be black and white though the pen we used was blue... just flipped through the settings bam bam bam bam bam and done.

this is based on @inkvild 's wonderful wonderful concept of hc10 pearl and dl pearl sharing a reflection. I saw that and my brain immediately went crazy!! Even if it took me like a week and a half to finish lol
